The workshop will focus on what empathy is and how organizations and leaders can thrive with the use of widespread empathy to humanize the culture in their workplace. This 2-day intensive workshop will leave participants with some real take-home strategies to managing conflict in the workplace by fostering a culture based in empathy. Experiential class learning will demonstrate learned concepts as real world strategies that can re-energize, motivate and re-new an individual's works purpose. Participants will better understanding the relationship they have to their chosen profession and to others in the work environment as well as the role that gender plays relative to self and interaction with others.
