Dr. Ernestine Briggs-King will be giving the keynote on Sunday.Β Briggs-King is a clinical community psychologist, an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC, and the director of the Data and Evaluation Program for the UCLA-Duke University National Center for Child Traumatic Stress.
