This conference, hosted by the Family Research Laboratory at the University of New Hampshire, offers a unique opportunity for researchers and scientist-practitioners from many disciplines to come together to share the latest cutting-edge data on the dynamics and consequences of violence and evidence-based prevention and intervention.
Dr. Ernestine Briggs-King will be giving the keynote on Sunday. Briggs-King is a clinical community psychologist, an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC, and the director of the Data and Evaluation Program for the UCLA-Duke University National Center for Child Traumatic Stress.
This conference is jam-packed with information...six or seven simultaneous 75-minute presentations run throughout Monday and Tuesday.
