What does it mean to hold space for others when they are navigating loss and grief and other difficult life challenges? How can we be gentle, non-judgmental and present while they are working their way towards meaning? Holding space for others is meaningful work requiring a degree of mental and emotional labor. In this workshop, we will share strategies around identifying the need for our own holding spaces as we continue to care for and support others.
