There are six essential subcommittees of the Ways and Means Committee. U.S. Congressman Danny K. Davis, from Illinois's 7th congressional district, was elected in 1996-Present. Congressman Davis is Chair of the Ways and Means Committee Subcommittees on Worker and Family Support, Social Security, Select Revenue, and Oversight. His presentation will focus on current legislation impacting children and families and his team on fatherhood and child support-related policies.
