New ONLINE Family Recovery Education Class

This fully facilitated, interactive 8-week class is $150 and focuses on key recovery concepts such as: Family sharing and support Exploring recovery fundamentals Understanding the mental health continuum Harnessing the power of hope Using a strengths-based approach Building relationships amidst psychosis Creating healthy boundaries Celebrating recovery stories Class participants will receive 2 to 3 email lessons per week with links to a private website community with additional resources where they can participate in facilitated discussions and recovery exercises whenever their schedules allow. Family recovery education and support have been shown to dramatically improve the quality of life for all family members—those in active distress and the family as a whole. Time Commitment: As little or as much as you can invest. To receive benefits from the course, a minimum of one hour per week is required.
