The art of healing requires us to dive into the layers of our being. In order to offer healing work to our clients, the healer will have to be nourished and be anchored in a state of wellbeing. This workshop guides the healer through the intersection of wellness, nutrition, trauma, and healing both as an individual and as they journey with their clients. Come explore what living from a place of nourishment looks like as a healer. Come understand how nutrition intersects with trauma for potential clients. Jenna will offer a nourished container to connect, learn, and explore wellbeing.
