Start your day with movement guided by Kim Eng at 1:00 p.m., enjoy dinner in the city, then head over to an evening talk with Eckhart Tolle at 7:30 p.m. (see below).
“The present moment is an embodied realization. Accessing the power of presence is more than a physical experience; it is the alignment of body, mind, and spirit with the Source.” —Kim Eng
Presence Through Movement is a way to step more fully into the expression of your authentic self, or who you are in your essence. Tolle's partner Kim Eng, this multifaceted approach emphasizes body-based practices such as tai chi, qigong, and yoga, in combination with Tolle's teachings on meditation, contemplation, and self-inquiry.
Kim explains, “When our sense of well-being is compromised with stress, negativity, and fear, our bodies become contracted and energetically out of alignment. This contraction and misalignment affects us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.”
Suitable for most people, regardless of age or physical fitness level, this practice stimulates and activates the body’s energy channels, clears energy blockages, and increases overall well-being and vitality. It enables us to return to wholeness and inner balance, resulting in an ease and flow with the present moment and aligning us with our true nature, which is awareness or consciousness.
