• Practicing healthy boundaries is one of several key components in reducing stress, minimizing burnout, and maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself and others.  Learn how to implement healthy boundaries with others and yourself.   A more in-depth paid workshop will be available in February on this topic.
• In the Wellness Wednesday series, the focus will be on a different topic to promote self-care each month. We will have a short discussion forum to facilitate support and compassion for participants and then close with a guided meditation to promote that month's self-care topic. Yes, there are many free offerings of guided meditation recordings. I invite you to come to experience the benefits of practicing one in real-time with others and healing through community. Join me on the 2nd Wednesday each month to explore a new topic.
