When was the last time you took an inventory of your self-talk? What kind of language have you been speaking to yourself? Were your words mean and disparaging? Demeaning? Quite often, we give in to the musings of our inner critic, using language in ways that we would never utter to a loved one or a friend. This workshop will offer some strategies about how to use positive, kind and loving inner dialogue that affirms and empowers us.
