How better to show your support for community resiliency than to run 5 kilometers? Or 1 kilometer? Or by bringing out your fat-tire bike and riding on the beach? Do you feel the burn? That's adversity, and you're overcoming it.
If you find yourself in Homer, Alaska on August 30th, stop by Mariner Park and run or bike along the spit to show your support for resiliency. All proceeds will benefit Kachemak Bay Family Planning Clinic's R.E.C. Room- Homer's Youth Resource and Enrichment Co-op that serves all young people ages 12-18+
