Fathers & Families Coalition of America | California-based & international influential capacity building assistance/quality improvement training organization prepares to co-host a leadership conference with San Diego-based religious leader and national strengthening families and fatherhood experts
(San Diego, CA) Effective leadership in restoring families, building healthy communities, and building future leaders. They are just a few of the topics that will be discussed at this year's Without Borders - Restoration of Families Conference on the 28th and 29th of July, 2016 in San Diego, California.
The Principal Presenter
Dr. Allen McCray MFT, Founder of Life Impact, LLC (a Puerto Rico-based FFCA Affiliate) who will enlighten you on: "Understanding Others By Understanding Yourself." On the first day, and "Soul Awakening –Becoming A Transformational Leader" day-2.
This event presents a Life Impact Team for executive and team coaching sessions as well as individual assessment that will help you understand yourself and navigate how to increase your energy to increase as an appreciating asset to yourself and as a leader. Restoration of Families 2016, is unlike any event in the sense that any leader will have the opportunity to renew self. Dr. McCray aims to increase your capacity of building up effectively, help professionals and future leaders to build stronger families and healthy communities.

Dr. Jannah Scott, who was appointed by President Obama in March 2009, and currently serves as the Deputy Director, Center for Faith-based & Neighborhood partnerships, at the US Department of Homeland Security. She will be the Luncheon Speaker for the topic "The Human Family: Our Most Precious Commonality."
"We will host a series of workshops -- including Expanding Purpose, Leadership Development, Youth Development, Fatherhood, Trauma Response Services, Sustainability of Churches and Organizations, Healthy Marriages and more," said Dr. James C. Rodriguez. The president and CEO of Fathers & Families Coalition of America says Developing Models for Incarcerated Youth, Mentoring Models, and Expanded Purpose Using Social Media are also on the agenda.
Dr. Adam Ybarra, Founder, The Tenacious Group, San Jose, CA -- Joe Pellegrino, President and Founder of Legacy Minded Men in New Jersey, TQ Senkunga -- Executive Director of the Passion for Christ Movement in Los Angeles-- Leah Landrum Taylor, Assistant Director for the State of Arizona Department of Economic Security -- are some of the leadership figures taking part in the conference.
