These past few years have been so unpredictable. We’ve all been carrying around the weight of collective trauma, stress, and grief, which makes incorporating joy into our lives that much harder.
- So as we enter into this new year of life how will we redefine ourselves from this point forward?
- What goals have you set for yourself?
- What is motivating you to push forward?
- How do you plan on experiencing more joy in your life?
In this workshop, we will break down the concept of joy.
We will discuss the science behind experiencing joy along with the impact joy can have on our lives on a daily basis.
Experiencing joy and happiness doesn't always have to be on a grand scale. It's the smaller and simpler things that can happen to us day by day refueling us more than we realize.
This workshop will hold space for folks to share their collective experiences and will give insight into steps you can take to reframe your thoughts and incorporate more joy into your life.
