This 4-part virtual interactive course will explore improv games as well as the improviser’s mindset when helping individuals navigate relationships. This improv series consists mainly of playing improv games that you can use at home, in your classroom, and/or with clients right away! These games will not only teach you activities that require minimal materials but also shift our mindset in a way that allows us to be more present with others, go with the flow, explore our own child-like imaginations, and bring a sense of curiosity and openness when practicing needed social skills!
We will be touching upon the games explained in the e-book “The Power of Play” as well as other improv games that reach goals like flexibility, growth-mindset, trust/acceptance, laughter, and active listening! Each session will be unique and individualized, just like improvisation itself
To optimize your experience, we recommend purchasing Maja's E- book: The Power of Play
Each week you can expect to show up and practice playing improv games with a learning guide to help you reflect upon your experiences of each game.
