An Online Event with Pierre-Etienne Vannier MSc, CHt

This group is designed for people who want to get out of their heads and into their bodies. During this group, we take some time to briefly reflect and normalize our different stress responses, and we practice embodied practices to settle and bring our nervous system back into balance. Most specifically, you learn how to reconnect with your body and use therapeutic tremors, a gentle and self-managed way to release stored activation and settle your nervous system. This practice helps to improve sleep and focus, reduce stress and anxiety, reduce pain, etc. Most of this group work is experiential.
