Tackling Student Issues

This online workshop will create the opportunity for educators to discuss the many issues that impact student learning. After identifying the issues students face using guided reflection, small group discussions, and intermittent lecture participants will explore interventions and practical strategies that center student experiences and support instruction. Understanding the impact of student experiences on teaching and learning is a critical component of social emotional learning and restorative practices. If you are planning to use a multi-tiered system of support to create learning experiences that meet student needs - this session should not be missed.
