Overview
From the Violence Prevention Initiative at CHOP, this session will pull elements from The Stress-Less Initiative, a trauma-informed, organizational group model to address secondary traumatic stress. This Virtual Café session will allow participants to assess and reflect on their own stress reactions, process the challenges of caregiving during the Covid-19 pandemic, and learn coping skills related to power, control, and acceptance. We hope this Virtual Café will bring a sense of community during this difficult time and beyond.
