Tara's webcast was about how to access vulnerability to heal. She spoke about how to "feel into" our pain about family, children, and marriage relationships. It's not a question of "turn the cheek and forgive." It's the opposite. It's really getting deeply into "What about Me -- What in the heck do I feel, anyway?" which for people in trauma is often very difficult to access, cos it hurts so bad the brain stem clicks us out into freeze.
