Offering individuals with various responsibilities across a wide span of human services a unique opportunity to gain important and useful knowledge about the effects of trauma on brain development, how prevention and trauma-informed care can be of significant benefit, and how ACE-informed practice can assist with prescriptive treatment and improved use of resources. The program will be especially targeted to DSS Caseworkers and Supervisors, Child Welfare Administrators, Clinicians and Therapists, Juvenile Probation Staff, Special Education Professionals, Health Care Practitioners, Direct Care Staff and Supervisors within the non-profit provider sector and others working with children.
