The National Partnership to End Interpersonal Violence Across the Lifespan (NPEIV) Think Tank 2015 [San Diego, CA]

The think tank is open to anyone who would like to participate in NPEIV-which involves activity with one of our six action teams (mainly through monthly conference calls and emails) attendance at the think tank annually, and work on projects throughout the year. People can complete the info in our brochure and select their team. There is a $25 annual membership fee. More info at www.npeiv.org. Think tank attendees also receive a discount to attend the international summit Aug 23-26

GOALS:
 Bringing together local, regional, national and international leaders, researchers,
practitioners, consumer-survivors, policy makers and advocates to network and
learn from each other
 Strategies to promote peace in the home and communities around the world
 Multidisciplinary solutions to prevent violence and abuse across the lifespan
 Dissemination of promising and best practices in prevention and intervention
 Spotlight on current research and programs involving substance abuse and
violence
 Advanced clinical/treatment techniques
 Opportunities/techniques to re-fuel, re-energize, and apply self-care
