Tough Conversations: Responding to Troubled Interactions

In our work with families, we have a unique window into family’s strengths and challenges. In witnessing troubled parent/child interactions, it is sometimes difficult to know how to help build family capacity, strengthen the connection between parent and child, and ensure the child’s safety. This session will:

Cover strategies that family strengthening staff can use to support positive parenting
And to intervene when one witnesses a troubled interaction

Spanish Interpretation available, including Spanish material.
