Join for (4) weekly 90 min. sessions via zoom in a small group, where you learn the basics of TRE and how to apply it safely to your self-care routine.

Price: $197 for 4 x 90 min. sessions. Limited to 8 people.

What is included: Handouts (pdf) information on the stress cycle in the body/nervous system, polyvagal theory, and ways that you can stimulate healthy function of the vagus nerve.

What is TRE?
Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma.
Through a series of simple exercises, the body releases deeply-held muscle tension. In 4 weeks, you will learn how to safely bring this powerful stress and tension relief method into your self-care routine.
This is an introduction class to support a safe activation of neurogenic tremors. It includes education about the body's stress response, self-regulation, simple mindfulness practices, nervous system balancing, and staying grounded through the process.
Time: Each class is 90 minutes long, Mondays from 5:00 PM -6:30 PM (PST)\8 pm-9:30 EST.
When:
Mondays, August 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2022.

Svava's TRE course was so enlightening and could not have been offered at a better time. For the turmoil of the Shelter in Place order, Svava was able to transition our in-person class to online.
