A workshop with Dr. Bruce D. Perry.

Perry is a senior fellow of the Child Trauma Academy, a professor in psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Northwestern University in Chicago, and the author of several books on child trauma including "The Boy Who Was Raised As A Dog."

Research by Perry and others in recent decades has uncovered long-lasting changes in brain development and behavior that can be triggered by trauma and neglect, especially during the first years of life.
