Through a partnership with the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, the VITAL Health team will host five FREE virtual interactive community flower-making workshops. The workshops serve as a way to help us all work through the mental health effects of COVID-19 along with aspects of generational trauma. These events will use the history of Wilmington, NC as a backdrop for conversation, learning, and healing. The workshops begin on Thursday, March 18.
The FREE online interactive zoom sessions will be facilitated through a secure Zoom link. All materials needed for these virtual workshops will be sent to registrants in advance. At the end of each session, participants will get a sneak peek of the VITAL Health short film "Crisis Materials." The full film will be shared on April 17 during the Healing Generational Trauma conference.
