In this upcoming webinar, the lead author Andrea Ritchie will share the messaging and responses to sexual violence that expand the frame to more explicitly center the experiences of Black women, girls, trans and gender nonconforming people. She will also highlight how systems that are intended to provide “safety” from sexual violence, including educational settings, often in fact serve as perpetrators of sexual violence against Black women and girls.
