Learning about the nervous system through polyvagal theory/Window of Tolerance can give us an approachable and psychologically sound framework to help us navigate our inner world. When we pair this with a trauma sensitive yin yoga +mindfulness practice, we can create space for us to pause, put our minds inside of our bodies and discover new ways to belong to ourselves using.
