A eight week yin+mindfulness series to create sacred space for ourselves to reclaim a felt sense of our tenderness and innate resilience
Join us for this eight week series as we explore different emotional qualities that may remind of us of our innate agency, opportunity to make empowered choices in each yin shape and the nourishment that comes from being held, supported and nourished by the earth in our yin practice.
Each week will be exploring these different themes:
October 25th: Grounding
November 1st: Holding Both: Our Fire+Flow
November 8th: Holding Tenderness
November 15th: Exploring Agency
November 22nd: Reclaiming Who We Already Are
November 29th: Exploring Our Personal Rhythm
December 6th: Self-Compassion
December 13th: Listening to Our Nervous System
**A recording will be sent out to all who pre-register**
This class is taught from a trauma sensitive lens. You are encouraged to used the yin yoga shapes as an embodied container to explore making empowered choices for your highest and best good through the lens of curiosity and compassion.
