Hi Fellow Canadians,
I just received notification that KPJR Films is hosting a virtual screening event of their films over the upcoming weekend.
It's been a bit tricky to get you this information, so I posted the link below for an ACEs Connection notice of this event. Please follow this attached link to access the registration link.
The viewing schedule runs from April 4th - 7th, but you must register by April 3, 5pm EST in order to participate.
I have been wanting to host public screenings of Resilience for a number of years now.
This is our opportunity for as many Canadians as possible to see this film, and Paper Tigers if you've got the time.
These 2 films galvanized the ACEs and Trauma Informed Schools movements in the USA and Scotland.
This is our opportunity to assess whether these films are applicable to the Canadian context - which I believe they are - and to get this vital information out to as many people as possible so we can potentially propel our momentum to work together to create ACEs Aware and Trauma Informed and Resilient Canada - the purpose of our network here on ACEs Connection.
Please sign up to watch these films.
Please let us know in the comments if you were able to watch and how you think you could use them or the concepts presented to transform your local communities.
I'm trying to get this information out to as many people as I can. It's a very tight time frame, but for me, this opportunity is vital.
Enjoy. I look forward to hearing what you think.
Elizabeth
