Ever feel overwhelmed? Most of us have so there's no shame in that.
Sometimes we just need to close some of the tabs we're no longer working on, or those which have content that is not in our best interests. (Practice Mindfulness)
Or we can close the browser altogether and take a break from it all until we're ready to deal with it again. (Take time to Rest)
We encourage you to practice self-care this weekend and to ensure that you are not pouring from an empty cup.
Whatever thoughts or demands are screaming for your attention, remember that you are important, and you matter.
