The Virginia Rent Relief program is really trying to get the word out how it can provide rental assistance (and more) for households within 80% Area Median Income, and with rents within 150% of Fair Market Rent. This program is helping a lot of people and the best news is – you DO NOT have to be behind on rent to be eligible!
