A first step to stop button-pushing between you and your child is called: Knowledge is Power.

In other words, can you pick out the top 3 buttons you push on your kids as well as the top thermonuclear button they push on you and the top 3 you push on them.

I will now show you each list explain them. Armed with this knowledge, you will learn in future videos Button Buster techniques to stop button-pushing cold for both you and your child.
