Cheryl: Now that's another quotable. That's entirely what this community is about. We can't heal while in the shame but the shame can keep us from healing. I think for many of us it takes understanding big picture, the pair of ACEs, and getting that we aren't alone, that there are reasons we struggle and reasons to sort through it (for our kids and ourselves and generational change).
