Sandra Bullock Makes Emotional Plea to Ban the Phrase 'Adopted Children': Say "Our Children" (msn.com)

Sandra Bullocks knows the most important ingredient in a family is love, not DNA.

It's not what you say.  It's how you say it.  I was adopted, and I dont mind being called an adopted child.  Until the states start using it as a business, which sadly, they have.  The word adopted shows up in the bible.  Here is a link explaining adoption from a biblical sense.

The bottom line is that adoption is beautiful.  Foster care can be viewed in both the positive and negative as well, but the real problem is we dont use the words enough, and normalize them.  Fostering relationships is another beautiful term.  Consider how you and I can be part of the solution.
