Transparency is in the best interests of Justice to ensure the integrity of the administration of Justice is seen to be done
Without transparency, "there is scope for false speculation and misunderstanding" which "can undermine confidence in the administration of justice".
Twelve and a half years to seek Justice for the families of 29 people who died at the Pike River Mine explosion
Refer to the Abuse in State Care Inquiry where a group of people had to go to the United Nations because our NZ government and State Agency bureaucrats refused to listen to the people - those people went right to the top even the Ombudsman who is now monitoring the UNCRPD
Unheard and Unseen by their own
Safeguards to protect the people did not work
Have those people who went to the United Nations been compensated by the State for raising concerns about the State's wrongful behaviour?
Those people were mopping up the damage done because the State did not do the job they were tasked to do and paid by us, the taxpayer to do.
Where is the Justice here in NZ?
WHY do our people have to go to Supreme Court and the United Nations to get Justice because our State Agencies refuse to address complaints of significant harm to us, the people?
Levelling the playing field = balancing the "Power Imbalance" here in New Zealand
Access to Justice for the people
Next steps for accessing Justice and Equity for the people here in NZ:
1. Crown Law represent the PEOPLE and the State agencies to use their own legal teams
2. Family Courts to be open and transparent
3. Judges to be held accountable
