This is a message from our child protection agencies including Oranga Tamariki in NZ Let us not forget Gabriel Fernandez He was one of many children, let down, by not only his parents but from police and other authorities tasked to protect him It's Not Enough to Mean Well “This is not about the intentions of those who developed the system we have.
