I think it is important to tread carefully around using food to address mood disorders. However, a balanced diet is important for much more than weight management.

I agree that more B6,B12, Zinc, Omega 3's and Iron are not the entire healing protocol, however I do know that deficiencies in those nutrients have a huge impact on our bodies and mental health.
