Red Cloud Indian School is an historical Indian boarding school on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation that is helping to lead the way we incorporate local foods through it's Farm to School Initiative and through the development of its Education and Production Farm. We will Talk with Program Director Katie Chustak and the importance this local Farm to School Program will play in regenerating a local food system for the Red Cloud campus, student body, and the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
