This Saturday, September 11, Nemours Children’s Health will be providing free well checks and vaccines, and Community Legal Services will be providing assistance with rental assistance applications (flyer attached). Advanced appointments are needed for both services.

For uninsured children 17 years old and younger. Family income must be less than or equal to 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

*Not including the COVID-19 vaccine.
