Using an Embodied Trauma-Informed Resilience-Oriented (eTIRO) approach, this program nurtures your personal and professional resilience, improving the quality of care for your clients while preventing burnout.

Course Highlights:

  • Build embodied resilience to meet the physical and emotional demands of perinatal care.
  • Learn to identify and respond to toxic stress and trauma in your clients—and yourself.
  • Explore cultural, historical, and systemic sources of trauma and resilience.
