We will be starting with two chapters (16 & 17) from Supporting and Educating Traumatized Students: Second Edition that were made FREE online thanks to Oxford Psychology - one on Secondary Traumatic Stress, and another on Crises & Natural Disasters with chapter author Ben Fernandez. Some basic instructions are on the Facebook page. Chapter authors will join and participate, though feel free to start your own threads. We will talk about how the concepts can be applied in our new context as well. The chapters are available now, so you can join, start reading, and we can reflect together.
This is sort of an experiment, though hope we can continue learning from each other.
