We invite you to spend 1 1/2 - 2 hours of your time to learn how Adverse Childhood Experiences and Resilience can make a difference in the lives that you touch every day. Teaching a child of any age or socioeconomic status learn the difference between a real “danger” and a “stressor” can make a personal difference that changes their perspective and therefore their behavior.

Resilience in a child can zero out Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
TRY supports Durham Public Schools. We have enjoyed a positive relationship with many administrators, staff and youth since 2006. The classroom is a critical piece of the puzzle, but not the only piece. We acknowledge that a child’s environment includes, home, neighborhood, school, afterschool and peers.
