When poverty is a contributing factor to ACEs, can schools make up the difference?

A Connecticut court is looking at the disparity in education between districts located in impoverished communities and those located in communities of higher means. The court is not specifically addressing ACEs, but addressing issues of poverty, could open the doors to increasing opportunities to build resilience.
