Oregon's suicide rate has outpaced the national average for the past three decades. In an effort to combat stigma around mental illness, four local teen activists took matters into their own hands and championed a proposed state law. I am thrilled to see this! Our School Nurses always see the children with the most adversity... however we need to also see the children who hide it so well. I look forward to learning more about your efforts and would love to be part of the gold standard.
