How Facial Expressions of Adults Affect Children
Karen Murphy, who is principal at Free Orchards Elementary School where I work, is a champion of trauma awareness and is working hard to lead our school in the direction of trauma sensitive practices -and away from the policies & procedures that have historically made well-intentioned school districts part of the "pipeline to prison". Hello colleagues. I'm reaching out to see if anyone would like to participate in a pilot study looking to improve emotional wellbeing for educators through an evidence-based toolkit that includes improving social / emotional wellness and mental health literacy outcomes. You / your district would simply receive the toolkit at no cost and participants could attend (via email engagement campaign each week). At the end of the 12 weeks, participants would be asked to complete a feedback survey.

It's great to have such resources. Nobody envy teachers. This is a very difficult job. It is not easy for students either, of course, what are the efforts to write a residency statement It only seems at first glance that this is a simple written document, but in reality it is not. Therefore, in my opinion, students also need such resources to improve their emotional state.
