Does anyone have a recommendation regarding an assessment tool/survey/questionnaire to helps schools identify needs, gaps etc. as a baseline and perhaps to use as part of an evaluation as they work on becoming trauma-informed?

Here is a link to a chart with various assessment tools. There is not one specific to TIC in schools, but I think you could identify one that may fit the needs or adapt one to create your own.
