Healthy Child Care -- "All early childhood experiences matter. And nearly 50% of children under 5 attend out of home care. The Healthy Child Care resources assist pediatric health providers in collaborating with early education and child care providers to increase the quality of care, promote early education and improve children's health and well-being."

The Influence of Fathers on Young Children's Development -- "ZERO TO THREE’s podcast series, Little Kids, Big Questions, addresses some of the most common (and challenging) issues facing parents of babies and toddlers. Dr. Pruett is clinical professor of child psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine and is a past president of ZERO TO THREE. He is the author of many books on parenthood, but one that I think is most relevant for our discussion today is a book called Partnership Parenting that he co-wrote with his wife, Marsha Kline Pruett." Staying Healthy Assessment -- "The Staying Healthy Assessment (SHA) is the Department of Health Care Services’ (DHCS’s) Individual Health Education Behavior Assessment (IHEBA). The SHA was first developed in the late 1990s and updated in June 2013 in collaboration with Medi-Cal managed care plans (Plans). The SHA consists of seven age-specific pediatric questionnaires and two adult questionnaires. It is available in English and in all Medi-Cal threshold languages (Arabic, Armenian, Chinese, Farsi, Hmong, Khmer, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese). Farsi and Khmer are available upon request from a Medi-Cal Managed Care Health Plan."

Text4Baby.org -- Operated by Zero to Three and Voxiva, this is a free app that provides women free text messages three times per week, timed to their due date or their baby's birth date, through pregnancy and up until the baby's first birthday. The texts are developed by experts from all over the country. There is also an app that provides additional information about baby's development, pregnancy, childcare tips, and more.
