Free Trauma Tapping Technique App One of the most important aspects of trauma recovery is learning self-calming techniques to help relax during an emotional stress response. The Peaceful Heart Network, a nonprofit organization that works with survivors of the genocide in Rwanda and Congo, worked with a trauma expert to develop the Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT).
