Greetings! You haven’t heard from Benchmarks’ Partnering for Excellence (PFE) since our world changed in March. We have been busy on the ground making sure that our social services system and mental health system had all of our attention as we worked to navigate these uncertain times. As we make our way to a “new normal”, we are back and better than ever.
In the near future, you will see a revamped site with information about another exciting project being shared. To that end, we are expanding the focus of our site from beyond Benchmarks’ PFE to include Benchmarks’ Center for Quality Integration. Benchmarks’ Center for Quality Integration (CQI) works with our members and local communities to help to improve the lives and well-being for the people in North Carolina. Through collaboration, research and development (R&D) and training, we provide knowledge, skills, and innovation to identify new and creative ways to enhance the service delivery system and to help meet the needs expressed by local communities by drawing on and developing existing resources. Our work with members and communities focuses on all areas of health including physical, social, and mental health realizing that prevention is cost effective and better for our citizens.
CQI prides itself in innovative solutions that are both sustainable and replicable, realizing that in order to drive systems, new concepts must have the capacity to be implemented and funded.
Get ready to learn about what PFE has been up to lately as well as our newest project, the Standardized Assessment Protocol which seeks to create health for youth in foster care by ensuring they receive appropriate trauma treatment.
