OROVILLE, Calif. - Fire victims in Butte County can now apply for a loan of up to $2 million. The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) set up shop at the Fire Assistance Center at 7 County Drive in Oroville this week.
The SBA offers federal low-interest disaster loans to businesses and homeowners to help them rebuild. The group is in Butte County following an emergency declaration that will qualify homeowners and renters for help rebuilding and repairing homes, businesses and even non-profit organizations.
