CHICO — Once again, Butte College is playing a huge role when it comes to the Camp Fire recovery and local businesses.
Coming in November will be the start of a four-part series through The Training Place at Butte College designed to help employees strengthen their resiliency.
The series called Resiliency Zone Training is free to companies that have suffering employees.
The trainings run 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Chico center, 2480 Notre Dame Blvd.
The offering includes “Resiliency Zone Awareness” Nov. 12, with Emilino Jimenez-Cornejo; “Self Care” on Nov. 19 with Joc Clark; “Empathy” on Dec. 5 with Margaret Schmidt; and “Stress Mastery/Finding Flow” on Dec. 10 with Scott Winter.
The Training Place Director Annie Rafferty said Butte College heard first from Enloe Medical Center about the need for encouraging resiliency in employees impacted by the Camp Fire.
