The past year has shed a light on many parts of our criminal and civil justice system that increase and extend inequities. Join Legal Services Funders Network on July 22nd to discuss fees & fines, their disproportionately negative effects on the communities we serve, how Legal Services Organizations are helping to negate the disproportionate impact through direct services, impact litigation and policy reform, and hear how the new $300M American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 "fees & fines" funds will be implemented (California Budget 2021-22).
